Many of us in business know of companies who have set up online shops which haven't made a penny, or perhaps sold only one or two items per month - despite doing all the 'right' things - like spending a lot of money making the website work as fluidly as Amazon.co.uk! If you have a website as sophisticated as Amazon's but your results are more of a trickle than a river, have you blamed your website designer? Well, you can forget the blame game - it won't save your site! For those retailers who have switched off their online operations - do you think that perhaps you have thrown the baby out with the bathwater?
