But before you think you are being shortchanged, try the same test again on:

Do you get a different result?

If the average from these two is about what you expect, then you are probably getting what you are entitled to, because you seldom get the speed you paid for. If you are paying for 20MB and get 12MB, you are probably doing OK - but if you are routinely getting 3MB speed and are paying for 20MB, you really need to talk to your internet service provider (ISP) !
